Position Overview: The School of Liberal Arts at Merrimack College is seeking applicants for the position of Adjunct Lecturer in Economics for the Spring 2021 semester to teach Econometrics (Mondays and Wednesdays 12:30 - 1:45 PM) and/or Principles of Macroeconomics (Mondays and Wednesdays 2:00 - 3:15 PM). All courses are scheduled to be taught on ground, though course materials must also allow students who are studying remotely to complete the course. The Spring 2021 semester runs from February 1st until May 12th, 2021.
Qualifications: Ph.D. in Economics preferred; MA will be considered. At least two years of college teaching experience required of candidates applying with an MA. We are especially interested in applications from members of historically underrepresented groups and/or candidates who study and can teach about systemic inequalities.
