Position Overview: The Girard School of Business at Merrimack College is seeking applicants for the position of Adjunct Lecturer in Management for undergraduate level Business Statistics for Fall 2021 and future semesters. All applicants must be available to teach in person. The Fall 2021 semester runs August 30th, 2021 until December 17th, 2021.
MGT2120 Business Statistics course description:
Course: MGT2120 Business Statistics, 4 credits
Description: This is a required course for all Business Majors. This course provides an introduction to fundamental statistical principles and procedures. Topics include descriptive statistics, discrete and continuous probability distributions and sampling distributions, statistical inference and estimation, linear regression and correlation.
Master’s degree in business or related area, Ph.D. preferred. College teaching experience preferred, although related work experience may be considered.
