Position Overview: The Department of Civil Engineering at Merrimack College invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. The successful candidate will have teaching and research expertise that contributes broadly to our offerings in transportation and development, and will preferably have additional expertise in a secondary area such as structural engineering and mechanics, environmental and water resources engineering, or geographic information science. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in undergraduate and graduate education, as well as research and scholarship.
Qualifications: Successful candidates should have a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or a related field are required. The anticipated start date for the position is Fall 2019.
