Position Overview: The Fellowship Manager is a 12-month administrative position that will oversee the Fellowship program and assists with the experiential education initiatives in the School of Health Sciences. This position involves the primary responsibilities relating to managing and supervising the Graduate Fellowship program. The primary areas of responsibility for the graduate fellowship administration include the development, administration, evaluation and integrity of the fellowship program. This position carries the important duty of placing all fellows into well-matched sites, and establishing new fellowship sites as needed. Moreover, developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with supervisors at each site is a priority of this position. The position also requires collaboration with the Office of General Counsel at Merrimack College to establish contractual affiliation agreements with fellowship sites. Other tasks assigned may relate to the overall experiential education for the School of Health Sciences.
Qualifications: The Fellowship Manager will be an innovative, self-directed, connected professional with a demonstrated ability to develop relationships and collaborative partnerships on and off campus. The Manager will work with faculty, staff, employers, and community partners to establish, expand, and promote graduate fellowship and experiential education opportunities for all students in the School of Health Sciences. Master’s degree in a related field and three to five years of relevant experience is required.
