The AskIT Help Desk provides support on the use of technology available across campus. Faculty, staff and students can bring their Merrimack College supported laptop computers to the Help Desk for assistance with virus removal, wireless connectivity and other issues. A limited number of loaner laptops are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Non-college supported computers will be given “best effort.” We also offer a fee-based computer repair program. The Help Desk will answer your questions or assign a work order to the appropriate department within ITS.

Restrictions: ITS will provide best effort on any employee-owned equipment purchased outside of the ITS department.
