Get the MACK Card
Visit the MACK Card Office to have your photo ID created, get replacement cards, check balances and report lost or stolen cards.
What is the MACK Card?
The MACK Card can be used:
- For residence hall access
- As a library card
- To purchase goods and services on and off-campus, much like a debit card
The MACK Card may be used in Sparky’s, the Warrior’s Den and the Library Café, as well as at the campus post office, campus bookstore, print center, the Police Department, Sakowich Fitness Center and McQuade Library copy machines. Off-Campus Locations Accepting the MACK Card
Merrimack students, faculty and staff are eligible for a MACK Card.
MACK Card Office Hours and Location
Visit the MACK Card Office to have your MACK Card created, get replacement cards, check balances and report lost or stolen cards.
Hours: Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Location: First Floor, McQuade Library
After-Hours Access to MACK Card Services
For a new MACK Card after business hours, please visit the Help Desk. The Help Desk is open Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. If both offices are closed, please visit the Police Department for a temporary MACK Card.
Add Money to Your MACK Card
There are two ways to add money to your MACK Card:
- Use your Mastercard or Visa to add money instantly to the MACK Card via the Blackboard Payment gateway.
- Use the Card Management Stations which are located outside the Campus Post Office on the second floor of the Sakowich Campus Center and the lobby of the McQuade Library. These machines accept cash only.
