Move/Add/Change Requests

Eligible:   Employees

Availability:   8 a.m. - 5 p.m.  Monday - Friday

Support:  IT Support Hours

Efficient turn around time for requests, usually within 1-2 business days. Allows user to perform their duties effectively. 

A telephone move, add, change, request can be submitted to AskIt@merrimack.edu.

Analysis Can assist employee or department
Recommendation Recommend best practices for providing the most efficient and cost effective method in achieving solutions.
Remote Access In some cases, requests can be processed without a technician.

Costs: $70.00 per hour time & material (Telnet) on Telecommunications budget.

Note: Special projects, major office relocations will be charged back to the project.
