This fellowship provides students a direct path from the classroom to a fulfilling career as a health education specialist, community health education director, health care administrator, or health counselor.
The application for the 2016-2017 Fellowship program is now closed. The 2017-2018 Fellowship application will open in fall 2016.
This fellowship leads to a Master of Science in Community Health Education in one year. Working side-by-side with skilled professionals, fellows develop leadership skills, organizational skills, and the knowledge to identify and solve community healthcare challenges. The program prepares students to identify community needs, and then to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs designed to encourage healthy lifestyles.
