Dedicated to advancing human performance, exercise, and health, this fellowship prepares students to pursue careers as exercise physiologists, health fitness managers, strength and conditioning coaches, or fitness specialists.
The 2017-2018 Fellowship application will open on September 1, 2016.
This fellowship leads to a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Science in one year. The interdisciplinary curriculum focuses on both science and business and features faculty from the Schools of Education and Business, providing students with a holistic view of the exercise and sport science industry. By studying current health issues, fiscal responsibility, and management, graduates emerge well prepared to promote healthier lifestyles in the communities in which they live and work.
