There are many ways for faculty and staff to engage with the honors program.
Nominate a Student
Faculty can nominate a current first-year student to join the Honors Program by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the number of students currently in the Program, new students with an exceptional first-semester GPA may be extended an invitation to join. The rising sophomore admit program is announced at the beginning of the spring semester.
Serve as an Adviser
The Honors Program Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Honors Program.
Teach a Course
Faculty from across the campus are engaged in teaching Honors courses. Learn about the guidelines for creating an honors course.
