International Student Support Programs
International Student Support helps you acclimate to life at Merrimack. We’ll help you maintain your lawful visa status, understand your rights in the United States and access the benefits permitted by your student visa.
In addition, we are here to support your overall experience at the college. International Student Support, in cooperation with the academic counselor for international students, offers customized programs to assist your academic, professional, social, personal and cultural integration into the college and the United States.
Advising: Academic Counselor for International Students
The counselor’s role is to work with international students on academic questions, advocacy, referral, and intersession to succeed academically. Each student is assigned a primary advisor in their major.
