This collection of works is designed to bring awareness to the feelings and reality that come with mental illness, especially depression and anxiety and get rid of the stigma around them.
The objective of my work is to get rid of the stigma around talking about depression and anxiety.
When the viewer is forced to see the difficult topics at hand, I hope to jolt them into a discussion about mental health.
