Why Study Data Science and Analytics?

The technical skills you’ll develop studying data science at Merrimack will put you in high demand across industries as you learn how to build the future digital economy and solve complex problems.

As a data science major, you’ll investigate machine learning and artificial intelligence and learn how data analysts approach big data, examine data sets and engage in business decisions. We will arm you with the technical skills and hands-on experience you’ll need to examine programming languages, engage in data mining and develop your programming skills.
