Mentor a Warrior

Warriors at Work is Merrimack College’s commitment to student career readiness, which guarantees students in the program an internship or co-op.

Warriors at Work Mentor Program

The Warriors at Work mentor program is designed to connect first-year students with industry alumni related to each student’s career aspirations.

Mentoring topic areas can be related to career readiness, soft skill development, informational interviews, resume and interview help, and networking. Other topics include study habits, activities outside of class that will build their skill sets, time management and more.

Components of the Mentoring Relationship

  • Meetings
Mentors and students will be required to attend two in-person meetings as a group.

  • Email/Phone Communications
Students and alumni will communicate regularly throughout the year in a mutually convenient fashion.
