Warriors at Work is an exclusive opportunity for ambitious students to participate in a full-time, six-month, paid co-op experience at prestigious companies, while staying on track to graduate in four years.
You’ll complement your coursework with real-world, hands-on learning in the field when you participate in Warriors at Work. Employers value candidates with practical experience. Our co-op participants often have higher job placement rates and receive more competitive salary offers.
96% of Merrimack’s undergraduate class of 2022 were either employed, participating in voluntary service, or continuing their education within nine months of graduation.

In the first two years of the Warriors at Work program, you’ll participate in activities to help you develop the skills and relationships you need to succeed. Activities include:
Match with your mentor (young alumni/upper-class student) and participate in a group service learning experience.
Participate in group site visits to local organizations and benefit from the cohort-based Professional Development Retreat (PDR).
Get networking opportunities with top executives, continue mentorship meetings and complete the co-op reflection course.
Showcase your hard and soft skills at Merrimack alumni events and industry partner get togethers to allow for exclusive job searching.
