Spring 2019 Due Date

The payment due date for the spring 2019 semester is January 9, 2019. Please note that a late-payment penalty of $125 will be assessed to any account that is not paid in full or does not have an acceptable payment arrangement in place by the due date.

Acceptable payment arrangements include an up-to-date payment plan or a certified loan through an outside alternative loan option. Payment plans can be set up with our partner Tuition Management Systems (TMS) by logging into the Student Account Center (SAC).

Student Account Center (SAC)

Students are encouraged to access all student billing information and payment options via the Student Account Center (SAC). Using the SAC, students and any authorized user can access billing statements, make payments and enroll in an optional monthly payment plan.

Payment Plan

Merrimack College is pleased to offer interest-free payment plans through Tuition Management Systems (TMS). The payment plan enables students to pay on a monthly basis. Students have the option of up to six payments per semester, depending on when they enroll. These plans are available to students for an enrollment fee of $55 per semester. Payment plans can be set up by logging into the Student Account Center (SAC).

Education Payment Life Insurance covering the balance of your payment plan amount is also included through your agreement with Tuition Management Systems.

E-Check/Credit Card

Merrimack College has entered into a partnership with Tuition Management Systems to provide e-check and credit-card processing. 

Payment via e-check is processed at no cost to the payer.   

For those who prefer to use a credit card when making payment, a nonrefundable convenience fee - typically 2% to 3.5% of the amount of payment - will be charged by the servicer to the cardholder at the time of payment. Credit-card payments can be paid using MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Any tuition payment made with a credit card must be processed through TMS.

Note: E-check and credit-card payments can only be processed through TMS. The bursar’s office cannot process these forms of payment by phone or in person.

International Student Payments

Merrimack College has partnered with Flywire to streamline the tuition-payment process for international students. Submit your payment via wire transfer.

Refunds due to excess wire payment will be issued to the original payer account via wire transfer.
