Merrimack’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiative sponsors a number of programs throughout the year.
Unity in Diversity Fall 2020
This year’s virtual event on Oct. 12 and 13 brought together dozens of speakers and Merrimack faculty, staff, students and community members to explore diversity education, reflection and action.
Unity in Diversity Spring 2021
Mark your calendar for another round of educational events for students, faculty, and staff.
Our spring even is scheduled for Wednesday, February 24 and Thursday, February 25, 2021. The program outline will be available soon.
Launched by faculty and staff wishing to sustain and deepen our understanding of systemic inequalities and their impact on our communities, the book club includes monthly selections of relevant books. Towards the end of each month, community members will have an opportunity to join colleagues to discuss the books.
