Sponsor the Professional Development Retreat

The Professional Development Retreat (PDR) is a two-day career development initiative for juniors and seniors designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and connections to thrive in the professional world.

Professional Development Retreat

This bi-annual event helps students better understand their emotional intelligence so they can strengthen essential workplace soft skills in the areas of problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and adaptability. In addition to learning more about their own unique talents, students have opportunities to polish their networking and public speaking skills through distinguished speakers, interactive learning sessions, team building exercises, and problem solving activities.
