You’ve heard all about mindfulness and meditation - it’s been one of the big “wellness” trends lately. Have you ever tried mindfulness while eating? Learn about the techniques of mindful eating from our own campus mindfulness expert - Professor Christina Hardway from the Psychology Department!
All students are welcome. If you do not have a meal plan, you will be allowed in!
