Pulitzer Prize and Tony Winning Playwright John Patrick Shanley at Merrimack

John Patrick Shanley (Outside Mulligar, Doubt, Moonstruck) will visit Merrimack College on February 19th as part of the events surrounding the Visual and Performing Arts Department production of DOUBT: A Parable.

John Patrick Shanley will be on campus February 19, 2014 to participate in a panel discussion on campus entitled “Doubt, Certainty, and the Nature of Public Discourse in America.” Fellow panelists are Dr. Mark Allman, Religious and Theological Studies, Dr. Christina Hardway, Psychology and Dr. Marguerite Kane, Political Science.  The panel, which is part of the events leading up to the college theatre production of Mr. Shanley’s Pulitzer and Tony winning play DOUBT: A Parable, will prove to be an important, lively and informative conversation.  

The event is FREE and open to the public, although reservations are required.
