Networking Events Help Students Prepare for Career Fair

The Girard School in partnership with the O’Brien Center for Career Development held events this spring to connect students with alums and local professionals to help prepare them for the Spring Career Fair.

The events were part of the Girard School Networking Series, designed to connect students concentrating in specific industries with professionals working in those fields. This spring, Sport Management and Marketing professionals attended the events and took time to describe their backgrounds and personal career paths, offer advice, and answer questions about their industry and the companies where they work. Students had the opportunity to ask questions, get feedback on their resumes, and meet a diverse group of experienced industry leaders.
