Chair Nancy Wynn and Graphic Design Student Participate in Design Incubation

Associate Professor and Chair of Visual and Performing Arts, Nancy Wynn, MFA, and student Nicholas Paolino, presented remotely as part of a Design Incubation colloquium.

Associate Professor and Chair of VPA, Nancy Wynn, MFA, and her senior graphic design student, Nicholas Paolino, ’20 were in the line up of a remote Design Incubation colloquium, Colloquium 6.3: Fordham University. They presented on the topic of the “Interdisciplinary Toy Project,” which was created by Assistant Professor Katelyn Kurkul, Ph.D, Assistant Professor Roselita Fragoudakis, Ph.D, and Associate Professor Nancy Wynn, MFA. The project was supported by the Interdisciplinary Institute in the School of Liberal Arts at Merrimack College. Graphic Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Human Development/Human Services students collaborated in teams and completed the design and production of a toy prototype in 14 weeks. This remote colloquium can be viewed on the Design Incubation YouTube Channel. The Virtual Conference was held online Saturday, May 16, 2020.
