Maria Gil

Maria started out volunteering as a Spanish translator last year, then the following semester she became a coach where she had two ACT Lawrence clients and two high school clients. She is currently serving as a group financial coach where her three clients work together to reach their financial goals.

She said “It’s been really interesting to see the way people deal with their money and how much they’ve learned throughout the program. I believe handling one’s personal finances is an important aspect of one’s life, no matter who you are. For that reason, I enjoy not only helping but guiding people with their money management.”
