- Director of Global Education and International Student Support
Before pursuing a doctorate in medieval studies, I taught overseas in Nanchang, China, and Ulanbaatar, Mongolia. Those years in Asia confirmed for me the importance of long-term international engagement for students’ academic and personal growth in an evermore interconnected world. After receiving a Ph.D., I taught both medieval British literature and history for several years before returning to the world of global education.
