Elizabeth Otto ’93


Office of the Provost/Academic Affairs

Elizabeth Otto was appointed director of the Office of Academic Affairs in August 2017. In this position, she manages the daily operations of the office, provides executive management and support to the provost and oversees the provost’s budget and official communications.


Prior to joining the provost’s office, Otto served as an administrative assistant, and later, as senior administrator in the School of Liberal Arts. Prior to that, she was an administrative assistant in the department of sociology and criminology. Otto began her tenure at Merrimack in 1997 as an assistant at the National Microscale Chemistry Center, which is permanently housed at the college.


Otto holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Merrimack.
