Jessica Peacock teaches Physiology of Exercise and Program Design. Her primary research interests are in the role of fluid balance in different environmental conditions during high-intensity exercise, and in preventative medicine through interdisciplinary collaboration, examining multiple components of health, well-being and overall quality of life. Peacock is an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
