Ainsley Watt joined the Provost’s Office in June 2020. In her current role, she works directly with Dr. Isabelle Cherney, Vice Provost of Graduate Education. The two work hand-in-hand on a number of aspects of graduate education at the College, including providing a framework for coordination across the schools and the offices that are connected to graduate programs and students.
Prior to becoming a member of the Provost’s Office, she was Assistant Dean in the division of graduate, research, and continuing studies, and before that, Assistant Dean with a focus on undergraduate programs in the Girard School of Business. Prior to joining Merrimack, Watt spent a decade at Clark University in what was then the Graduate School of Management, where she held a variety of roles within admissions, academic affairs, student services, and career services.
