Professor Sannella worked in the Marketing Department at Boston College. At Boston College she taught six classes per year, but her main responsibilities were working with students. She was the sale advisor for all marketing majors, was the internship advisor for all marketing internships, was in charge of approving courses for study abroad, was faculty advisor for the Marketing Academy, Golden Key National Honor Society, Mu Kappa Tau and the Marketing honor society. She also coordinated holiday giving to needy families.
Professor Sannella coached several teams for various case competitions and was a first place winner in a national competition for Chevrolet and EdVenture Partners. She integrated real world experience into her classroom by having students work with local firms, developing their marketing plans and strategies. She began the school’s banking program in Arlington and Andover with the Mass Banking Commission and Northmark Board. Her main interests are in marketing to children.
