Graduate Program Director
As Program Director, Lindsey assisted in the development and implementation of creating three Graduate programs of Health Sciences. She manages all fiscal tasks including undergraduate, graduate, and grant funding. She also contributes to the efficient administrative operations of the Department, with a focus on supervision of all graduate students and fellows; recruitment; coordination of the academic advising system, and academic class scheduling. Lindsey also oversees the Department’s public relations strategies, website, social media, and its online and printed marketing materials.
Lindsey’s degree in Exercise and Health Science has led her to work in such careers as: Health Promotion and Wellness, Research, and Fitness, in many diverse settings.
Lindsey also has a specific interest in reversing the pediatric obesity epidemic and is currently working as Marketing Coordinator of the Active Science Research project, funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, alongside Drs. McInnis, Finn, and Yan of the Health Sciences Department.
