My interest as a scholar is to focus on groups and spaces that have been marginalized within Latin American nation-state societies and Latinex in the United States. By focusing on economics, gender studies and interdisciplinary approaches, I explore a variety of social issues using a diverse range of cultural representations beyond the written texts.
