For the past six years, I have served as reviewer of catechetical text for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. During the mayorship of Thomas Menino, I created the Boston Youth Council, a group that advised the mayor and members of his group on policy and youth programming. I was also Invited by President Bill Clinton to participate in the first Juvenile Justice Round Table, a summit that focuses on Innovative, intervention and diversion programs aimed at youth development.
