Principles of Economics - Micro

(Formerly EC201A)An introduction to economics that stresses the value of knowledge of the market and its alternatives in understanding current issues of social and public policy. Focuses on how and why markets work; why they may fail; and how the implications of success or failure for social policy in such things as the control of industry, poverty, consumer choice, and the environment.
