Coding in MATLAB and 3D CAD

An introduction to computer programming with an emphasis on engineering problem solving and an introduction to computer aided design will be presented. Students will work on solving a series of increasingly complex engineering problems using computer coding. Students will also learn to develop 3D CAD models for physical components. Prerequisite: a C- or better in GEN1001, Introduction to Engineering. Corequisite: MTH1217, Calculus I.
