Mental Health Clinician, The Counseling Center
B.A. Psychology, University of Massachusetts Lowell
M.S. Mental Health Counseling, Salem State University
I have worked in an outpatient counseling center and a residential program, providing individual therapy, group therapy, and intensive outpatient programing. Both of those programs allowed me to work with diverse populations, various clinical situations, and ultimately help tailor my clinical skill to meet the needs of my clients.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to assist my clients in working towards their goals and developing coping skills. My clinical interests include: anxiety, depression, substance use, adjustment and life transitions.
