Anouse Jean-Jacques

  • Graduate Ambassador, M.Ed., Higher Education

Currently, in the School of Education and Social Policy as an Academic Advising Fellow, Anouse Jean-Jacques works mainly with a caseload of first-year students new to the education program.

With her teaching background in Teacher Education with a certification in French, she enjoys everything classroom-related. Anouse earned her undergraduate degree in her home country at the University of the Bahamas in Nassau, Bahamas. She is currently pursuing her Master of Education in Higher Education with a concentration in student affairs at Merrimack College. As an international student, who began her journey this summer, Anouse is enjoying the program and the new friends she has made. She was inspired to attend Merrimack because of their one-year master’s program and fellowship opportunity. Anouse is currently a member of the Graduate Students of Color, Graduate Student Senate, Fellowship Association of Merrimack, and a new member of Merrimack College Ambassadors.
