More than 10 years of teaching experience as an adjunct or part-time lecturer and past two years as an Assistant Professor of Practice of Accounting, teaching courses in Auditing, Accounting, Ethics, Business Law, Intermediate Accounting I and II, and Managerial Accounting, in various capacities, including Course Director. COOP program faculty coordinator and Co- Faculty representative for the Accouting Club.
CPA with more that 25 years of practice experience, his first 10 years at a Big 4, in South Africa and the USA and the last 15 years at regional and large accounting firms in Boston, as a former audit partner, consultant / quality control director. Also worked as Board Director/ Audit committee chair and other positions on various board for more than 15 years.
While attending Merrimack’s Professional Development Retreat, Grant Jackson ’23 networked his way into a summer internship in the coastal town of Rockport, Mass.
