The Office of Intercultural Initiatives under the Office of the Dean of Students enhances Merrimack College’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. We use a social justice framework to celebrate cultural diversity and to educate the community about systemic inequalities.

In partnership with the O’Brien Center for Career Development, we’ve developed several diversity training opportunities for Merrimack student leaders.
