Mack Force to Provide Enhanced Support, Access for Merrimack College Community

The Mack Force will serve as the go-to virtual resource for any questions, comments or concerns members of the Merrimack community may have.

Merrimack College has launched a new initiative to ensure all Warriors are heard and have easy access to up-to-date information about all things Merrimack. 

The Mack Force is now available to all members of the Merrimack community and will serve as the go-to resource for any questions, comments or concerns. 

“Merrimack used a similar model during the COVID-19 pandemic that provided clear communication and outstanding customer service, and we will replicate that level of direct assistance through the Mack Force,” said Merrimack College President Christopher E. Hopey, Ph.D. “It is paramount that our community members feel supported.”

No matter the subject, as it relates to the College, those who live at, learn at, work at and support Merrimack can reach out to the Mack Force via email or phone as a reliable and user-friendly central point of contact. 

Mack Force is monitored by dedicated and knowledgeable Merrimack employees who will quickly respond to inquiries. 

It will not replace the standard functions of campus offices, but rather serve as an additional channel for students, faculty, staff and families. It will also help to identify operations, policies and procedures the College can work to improve.
