Associate Dean of Health and Wellness
I am a licensed clinical social worker who believes strongly in the power of therapy and ability to change. I enjoy working with college students as it is such an essential time in our lives where we decide who we are in the world. I received my BA in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies from Gettysburg College and my MSW from the University of Southern California. I have a strong passion for Social Justice and value the opportunity to provide a safe and validating experience for everyone.
I take a client-centered and solution-focused approach to therapy to help all my students feel heard and active on their treatment. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, self-compassion, trauma, substance use, and identity development.
The Student Government Association’s Academic Affairs Committee (SGA) worked with faculty and the Office of the Provost to include American Sign Language (ASL) as part of the College’s foreign language requirement starting in spring 2024.
