In celebration of Together We Rise, the College’s $100 million capital campaign, Merrimack and Riverwalk have launched Together We Can, a New England-style IPA available exclusively at campus events starting with Homecoming and Alumni Weekend Sept. 27 through Sept. 29.

Nearly 300 people gathered in Merrimack's Collegiate Church of Christ the Teacher the evening of Sept. 19 to mark the official start of the Together We Rise campaign, where it was announced more than half of the $100 million goal has already been raised.

Pursuing a master’s degree in community engagement has put Khanyisa Manzini M’25 in a uniquely fulfilling sweet spot. Not only is she a graduate student, but she also works as a community liaison manager at the Nelson Mandela University in South Africa. After being surrounded by higher education for more than a decade, Khanyisa started getting curious about becoming a student again, which led her to study remotely at Merrimack.
