This pedestrian safety improvement project included construction of new sidewalks from the main campus entrance on Elm Street to the Rogers Center for the Arts, and from Berkley Street, in front of Royal Crest Estates, to 510 Turnpike St. During Phase I of this project, a crosswalk and connecting sidewalks were constructed from the college across Route 114 to Royal Crest, and new traffic lights were installed in the area.
