The Office of Human Resources provides the college with programs, processes and procedures to attract, retain and engage all employees with supporting the vision, mission and goals of the Agenda for Distinction.
The human resources team strives to be a strategic value-added partner in service to the college and its faculty, staff and students. We seek to provide service excellence and deliver the highest standards of integrity and fairness as it relates to the emerging needs of the college.
Human resources provides consultative services to the college community in the areas of benefits; compensation; compliance; staffing and recruiting; performance management; data requests; immigration; policy and procedure guidance and interpretation; staff development; on-boarding; worker’s compensation and many other services.
We employ specialists to work with you in the areas of benefits; staffing and recruiting; immigration; and data. We also employ HR business partners who are available to employees and managers when there are other needs and requests that are not specific to benefits and staffing.
