Apartments

The St. Thomas and St. Ann apartments primarily house upperclass students in an independent living environment. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen area, a living room, and semi-private bathroom space. The St. Thomas Community room is located adjacent to C tower and has a large space for students to gather to study or socialize.

Ash Centre

Ash Centre is a traditional-style residence hall with doubles, triples and four-person suites. This hall primarily houses first-year and some upperclass students. There is a large space on the first floor comprising a fireplace, flat-screen television and a pingpong table. The second floors have a large foyer for group meetings and private study sessions. Ash Centre is home to the Honors and Jumpstart living learning communities.

Deegan Hall

Deegan Hall is a traditional-style residence hall with doubles, triples and quads. This hall primarily houses first-year students. Each floor has its own common area, study lounge and community bathrooms. In addition, there are seminar rooms on the first floor, where some classes are held. Deegan Hall is home to the iTEC, Women in STEM, and Women in Health Sciences living learning communities.

Monican Centre

Monican Centre is a traditional-style residence hall with doubles, triples and four-person suites. This hall primarily houses first-year and sophomore students. There is a large space on the first floor comprising a fireplace, a pool table and a pingpong table. The second floors have a large foyer for group meetings and private study sessions. Monican Centre is home to the Austin Scholars and VPA living learning communities.

North Residential Village

North Residential Village is a suite-style, independent living area housing primarily upperclass students. The area has four- and six-person suites. Each suite contains a common living area and semi-private bathroom space. North Residential Village is home to the upperclass Honors living learning community. It is also the home Sanctuary, a full-service café serving Starbucks coffee.

O’Brien Hall

O’Brien Hall is a suite-style, independent living area housing primarily upperclass students. The area has four-, five-, six-, seven- and eight-person suites. Each suite contains a common living area and semi-private bathroom space. O’Brien Hall includes a kitchen, a pool table and a television. There is also a classroom on the second floor. O’Brien is home to Merrimack College’s student newspaper, the Beacon.

Royal Crest

The Merrimack College apartments at Royal Crest primarily house upperclass students in an independent living environment. Each apartment has two or three bedrooms, a kitchen area, a living room and semi-private bathroom space. Students living at Royal Crest have access to the pool area, the club house and the community gym.

South Residential Village

South Residential Village is a suite-style, independent living area housing primarily upperclass students. The area has four-, five-, six- and seven-person suites. Each suite contains a common living area and semi-private bathroom space. South Residential Village is home to the upperclass Austin Scholars and WILL living learning communities.

Townhouses

The Townhouses house upperclass students in an independent living environment. Each townhouse has a common space and shared bathroom space. Each house has six bedrooms, and each bedroom houses two or three students.
