S. Bruce Han is a professor in the Department of Management at Merrimack College. He received his B.S. and M.Eng. in ORIE from Cornell University, an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. He had several years of extensive industrial experience with Eastman Kodak Company and TRW, Inc. Dr. Han has published in the International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management, the International Journal of Productivity & Quality Management, the Journal of Business and Economic Studies, and the International Journal of Services and Operations Management. He is a member of the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI), the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS). Dr. Han’s current research interests are in the areas of supply chain, quality and operations management.
