Susan E. Pariseau is a professor in the Department of Management at Merrimack College. She holds a B.S. in education and an M.B.A., both from the University of Rhode Island, and a Ph.D. in operations management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Dr. Pariseau is the author of articles in the International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, the Journal of Business and Economic Studies, and the Journal of Education for Business. She is a member of the Decision Sciences Institute, the Academy of Business Education, the American Production and Inventory Control Society, the American Society for Quality and the Production/Operations Management Society. Her current research interests include lean operations, experiential learning and program assessment.
