For the past eighteen years, Jim has taught graduate management courses atHarvardUniversityon innovation, entrepreneurship and business transformation.
An entrepreneur, Jim co-founded four companies (three were sold), served as CIO for Harvard Medical School and was a Partner at a “Big Four” consulting firm where he led the global knowledge management service for the health care industry. He has published in journals and texts on managing knowledge as a key resource.
Jim’s latest business adventure is a social networking company (nurturelinks.com) for patients with chronic or rare medical conditions.
