The management department offers four different minors:
Introduce students to the primary concepts necessary to gain the managerial skills and analytical tools necessary to solve problems and address the international business concerns of a company.
Learn about people and the workplace, and develop the strategic, functional and personal skills necessary in HR positions.
Increase your knowledge of successful management practices and learn principles of motivation, communication, leadership, employee learning, organizational change and their impact on business results.
Learn about operating systems, quality management, product design, supply-chain management and inventory control.
