(U.S., 1982, Sci-Fi, R) In dystopian LA, genetically engineered “replicants” that resemble humans, have escaped from their off-earth colony to live on earth. A burnt-out police operative is sent to hunt them down, but falls in love with a beautiful female replicant. Ridley Scott directed and Harrison Ford, Rutger Hauer, Sean Young and Edward James Olmos star in perhaps the best sci-fi film ever made. Pre-Screening Lecture TBA.
