I am a history major and I am thinking of doing an internship. What steps should I take?

I am a history major and I am thinking of studying abroad. What steps should I take?

The History Department encourages students to study abroad. The first thing to do is to visit Merrimack College Study Abroad. On this site, you can find detailed steps, which include first attending a mandatory information session. If you have any questions, please contact the History Department, or the Office of International Programs (OIP).

 

When should I take the capstone sequence required of all majors?

All history majors must take the methods course (HIS 3991) in the spring of their junior year, and the research seminar (HIS 4991) in the fall of their senior year.
