Paige DesRosiers ’22
Paige was a psychology major with minors in both biology and theology. When asked to reflect back on the time Paige spent at Merrimack, she said that “It has given me a solid foundation to go into the workforce prepared. It has prepared me for challenges that may come up as well as how to stand out from my peers.”
Paige interned with Children’s Neuropsychological Services in Andover where they serve the greater Boston area. Paige observed clinical interviews and testing. She was taught how to score some of the tests and take behavioral observations in her internship position.
“Merrimack offers a tight-knit community where you will always see someone you know, and there’s so many more people to meet.”
DesRosiers offers the following advice for fellow Merrimack students: “You get out as much as you put in. If you do not give your best, the best will not come to you. Opportunities will not arise unless you search for them.” During her undergraduate career at Merrimack, Paige participated in the Austin Scholars program, the National Society of Leadership and Success, and Psi Chi – the undergraduate international honor society in psychology.
